Description
The Aseel date is our speciality. The date palm grows mainly in warm regions. At present, it is predicted an annual worldwide production volume of 5 million tons is grown. The largest cultivation areas are in Egypt, Arabia and Iran. Our dates come from Pakistan.
After years of comparing the different varieties of date fruit on the market, we are now very satisfied with the Aseel variety. The Aseel date is a little smaller than other varieties on the market, but very tasty. Due to the good yield of the Pakistani harvest, this product is particularly good for industrial processing.
Drying takes place in the sun. The product is washed, pitted by hand, sorted and treated for storage. In the process, each date is individually picked up and checked by sensors. This method results in a fruit stone content of approx. 0.5% per piece. If you need a completely stone-free date, you can opt for our post-de-stoned dates. These pitted dates are mechanically de-stoned here in our production, so that we can reduce the fruit stone content to 0.1% per piece.
