Description
Whole or broken banana chips that are picked, peeled, washed and cut when green. They are also deep-fried in coconut oil and, in the case of sweetened chips, dipped in a sugar syrup. Similarly, we offer crushed chips with added natural flavour.
Banana chips are a very common processed form of banana, as a dried fruit. On the one hand, the flavour is very intense, and on the other hand, there are many different shapes and preparation methods. Together with our low Moisture apples, these are crispy products that are popular as an accompaniment to muesli, muesli bars or even directly as stand-alone snacks.
We also offer the banana chips cut to 3-4 mm as well as ground as flour. These products can be mixed and dosed more easily and are used in muesli bars, snacks and also in pet food. We are continuously producing and therefore always have fresh goods in stock for you. The banana chips have a long shelf life and are very easy to store.
