Product pages describe the range. The specification is the document against which goods are checked. Rovocad keeps public downloads on the existing product and document URLs; those addresses are not renamed.
Check first
- Product and cut – the same fruit may be listed whole, diced or as chips. The product URL and the file must match the order.
- Issue date – an older specification may remain reachable and still not be the current issue.
- Language – DE and EN files are separate. A missing translation is not a silent substitute.
- Related evidence – certificates live on the certificate pages, not between spec lines.
What a specification does not replace
It does not replace a certificate or an order confirmation. Values that are not in the published PDF should not be treated as known. Open points belong in contact.
